I am a qualified counselling psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA no: PS0033162) and the Psychology Society of South Africa (PsySSA- Practice No: 8621179) with qualifications from the University of Stellenbosch as well as International qualifications in Hypnotherapy, BWRT, TRE and EMI.
Upon completing my studies at Stellenbosch University, I immediately ventured into private practise where I dedicate my time and services into improving mental and emotional health.
My approach is grounded in science, person centred and non-invasive. In Brain Working Recursive Therapy for example, we use natural psychological processes to recondition neural pathways in the brain that lead to unwanted behaviour while effectively treating trauma.
